- Depends upon the system to system, but if you’ve shut down your PC with Fast Startup enabled, you might not be able to access BIOS/UEFI settings.
- Several device drivers hate being put into hibernation. As a result, they act stubbornly and sometimes also leads to crashing the PC.
As your PC isn’t shutting down fully, many devices are put in and brought out from hibernation continually, therefore leading to causing these issues.

METHOD 1- Disable Fast Startup in Windows 10 Through Control Panel
Step 1- Go to the Control Panel > type ‘Power option’ and hit Enter.
Step 2- A menu will appear, select > Choose what the power buttons do.
Step 3- Look for Shutdown Settings and under that uncheck the box “Turn on Fast Startup”.
Step 4- Press ‘Save Changes’ to get the desired effect.
