Steps To Embed Fonts In A Microsoft Word Document
Step 1: Launch Microsoft Word and go to the document in which you want to embed a font.
Step 2: Go to the “File” menu.
Step 3: From the File menu sidebar, navigate to Options.
Step 4: From the Options Window, go to Save option.
Step 5: On the Save window, from the right-hand side of the window under “Preserve Fidelity when sharing this document,” locate Embed Fonts in the file. Put a checkmark beside the option.
Note: Once you put a checkmark on Embed Fonts in the file, two greyed out options will be available. Put a checkmark besides Embed only the characters used in the document.
Choosing this option means that it will only embed a font used in the specific document. Otherwise, Word will apply the “embed all fonts” in your system in the doc file, regardless they are used or not.
Another option “Do not embed common system fonts” should not be touched and left as it is. By default, there is a checkmark beside it. This option decreases the size of your Word document as it will not embed system fonts.

Step 6: Once done, click OK to save the changes made to the settings.
In this way, you can embed fonts in an MS Word Doc file. So, follow the steps and customize the font size of your document as you like. Also, the document will look just like the way you want to others.
