In case you wish to move away some message from Clutter folder just click on the message and move it back to Inbox or any other folder. You can right click on the messages in Inbox to mark it as a Clutter.

Cortana proves to be one amazing feature offered by Microsoft. Still, you might not be interested anymore to share your details with this app. If you wish to remove Cortana’s memory and turn her off, head to Settings > Privacy > Speech, inking & typing and click the button says “Stop getting to know me”. It will instantly stop the Cortana to retrieve your information.
