Say Hi to ‘Bixby’ – Samsung’s Wild Card Voice Assistant

Forget Siri and Alexa, keep Cortana aside and say Hello to Samsung’s new voice assistant—Bixby. Samsung officially launched Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ with a stunning infinity display, however Bixby still somehow manages to stay the talk of town. Pretty much seems like a wild card entry although Bixby has proved to be Samsung’s smashing answer to Apple’s Siri, Google’s Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa. This is up in the air right now, but there’s a chance that Bixby may not come preloaded with Samsung s8 right now. Although Samsung has assured that its gonna roll out any time sooner in next software update.

Hands on With Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus

Well, things have changed a lot. Back in 2016 if we recall Samsung Galaxy then all we remember is its flat design and a physical home button with fingerprint sensor. And now if you have a look at latest Samsung Galaxy S8 then the first thought to pop your mind will be “Oh My, It’s Curvy!” Gone is the S7’s flat screen, Samsung S8 gives you a gorgeous screen display extended towards both the sides.

Let’s talk about the Good stuff first. Samsung’s redesign makes the S8’s 5.8-inch screen absolutely pop. You’ll not find a physical home button anymore, and barely a bezel. That means the screen takes up roughly 83 percent of the phone’s face for tapping and viewing. On the other hand, the close sibling S8 plus provides a whopping 6.2 inches’ screen display, quite convenient to use. And it’s easy to hold in one hand. In all if we compare s8 with other Samsung phones it appears more polished and luxurious than any other perfectly nice flat-faced phone. It just does!

Pre-Bookings Begin Galaxy S8

You can preorder the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus on March 30. The phone will sell globally, starting April 21 in the US and other major regions. In the UK, the S8 has been priced at £689. In Australia, it will cost you about AU$1,199.

Although, doing a pre-registration gives you an added benefit. You will receive Gear VR (2017) and Controller along with an Oculus game pack. Cool isn’t?
