To take the twrp screenshots, you may follow the below steps:

  1. You must reboot your device in the recovery mode that can be done with a key combination of Volume Up key + Power key.
  2. Open the 7-zip WinRAR tool and extract the zip file.
  3. There, run the RUNrs.bat file on your PC.
  4. Now, you would see a command window, where you need to click on “Make a Configuration Settings.”

  5. Before you proceed, you must know the resolution of your Android smartphone. To know that, you can simply search it on any search engine like Google, Yahoo etc. For example, you may simply type screen resolution of OnePlus 6 and it would tell you the resolution.

  7. Now, you can see a screen stating, ‘Pulling Framebuffer from your device…’. Ensure that your Android device is turned on.

  8. Upon successfully done, it would show you a screen to test the images in a correct format.

  9. Now, you can see a new folder created with the name ‘Pixel_formats’, which needs to be opened in order to see the Framebuffer images.
  10. You’d be provided with many screenshot images, check which one is the correct one and note down its file name.
  11. Now, if you’ve found the correct image, press any key to continue.

  12. If you see the pictures in correct format, press 1 else press 2 to repeat the process.
  13. Type the file name of the correct screenshot that you noted down and hit Enter.
  14. Now, that everything is set, in any time you wish to capture a screenshot, just press 1 and you would find the screenshot in the new folder created.
