Note: You will only see the video moving on the lock screen for live wallpapers, once you touch the screen for a few moments. As your touch is lost, video wallpaper will stop moving.

We can also use an app to set any video available in the local storage on our iPhone. For that, you can use VideoToLive, which is available on AppStore. You can readily get this on your iPhone.
The first page it opens is your gallery once it is successfully downloaded. Now you can choose a video from to set as the video wallpaper on iPhone’s lock screen.
It will show you the option at bottom to make changes to the video wallpaper clip. The duration can be chosen, which you want to select to be played on your iPhone’s lock screen. The cover image can be given from the stills shown from the video clip.
Once it is done, click on convert and you will see the complete process message after a few moments.
Now, select the same steps to set the video wallpaper above and select this clip from the live wallpaper options. Use Set Lock Screen to apply this wallpaper on your iPhone’s lock screen.

Remember that this video wallpaper is not going to drain the battery faster. This is because the live wallpaper comes to work only when pressed hard on the screen to watch it.
