Bing search is generally enabled on Windows, and whenever you search for anything using Start menu, you get to see results both from your computer and Bing. This is anyways a better thing, but you can make the search process much easier by removing Bing search from Windows 10. The reasons may vary from user to user; it could be privacy, bugs or just a personal dislike.
Note: Whenever a search is performed using Windows search bar, it shows the local search results at the first instance, such as within system settings, files, or programs. When nothing is found through the local results, Bing search hits the line and Windows searches for the keyword you have inserted and lists the most relevant results in the Start Menu.
Windows 10 sends everything you search in the Start Menu to its servers, to provide you with the best compatible Bing search results. You can anytime disable Bing integration on Windows 10 Start Menu.
