For several of us, forwarding mails is a troublesome thing that eats lots of our time. If we have 10 or 20 mails, it’s fine but forwarding 100 of them is clearly a very tedious task.
We can’t spend hours & hours to send hundreds or thousands of mails one by one, right?
However, with certain tweaks you can set your Gmail account to forward multiple emails in one go! Wondering how?

How to Send Bulk Emails in Gmail?
Nobody really wants to send bulk of emails. However, if you’re stuck with hundreds of mails just ready to be forwarded, here we are to help!
STEP 1 – With ‘Filter’ feature you can set your Gmail mail to forward all incoming mails to different address. Though it’s not the ideal way to send bulk emails in Gmail, but it works for the most part.
It becomes a useful tool to forward multiple emails in Gmail in one go.
STEP 2 – Login to your Gmail Account. Head towards Gmail Settings. It’s located at the top-right corner (gear icon).
STEP 3 – Open Settings menu & locate ‘Forwarding and POP/IMAP’ tab. Click on it to expand more settings > From there, click on “Add a forwarding address” option.
STEP 4- Type the email address you want to forward multiple emails to. Click Next > Proceed.
STEP 5 – A verification link will be sent to the particular email address. Ask the recipient the confirmation code to verify it from your account.
STEP 6 – Once the recipient confirms to activate the link > you get back to the Gmail Settings again > hit ‘Forward a copy of incoming mail’ and click on ‘Creating a filter’ option.
STEP 7 – Enter the email ID ‘from’ which you want to send mails to. And type the mail ID of the person ‘to’ whom you wish to send mails to. Choose the other requirements and hit ‘Create filter with this search’.
STEP 8 – As you click the option, a new menu box will pop-up, select the criteria for sending bulk mails & tick “Forward it to” section and select the email address you verified in Step 4 & 5.
STEP 9 – Click ‘Create Filter’ button!
STEP 10 – That’s all! From now all the incoming mails will automatically be sent to the selected mail ID. You can anytime disable the forwarding of messages from the same settings!
Note:According to Gmail restriction, the service has a limit to send only 100 mails per day!

My first challenge is that I need to send a message that has two places to answer a question: “if you click “yes” you will be forwarded to ____; if you click no we will unsubscribe you.” I need to be able to re-direct people who click “yes” to a URL.
