When the Local Group Policy Editor, navigate to the following path –

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update

Double click on No auto-restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic updates installations in the right pane
Select the Enabled radio button and then click on Apply and then OK
