With the help of these features, you will be able to analyze your health, fitness and exercise patterns in a way more detailed format.

Improved Period Tracking

Great news for all the women out there! You don’t need to keep track of your periods by using a third-party app anymore. WatchOS 6’s Cycle Tracking app can help you take care of tracking your period, how it will affect your activities. The Cycle Tracking app will also sync this data with Apple’s HealthKit to provide more accurate results in determining your upcoming period date of when it’s likely to start.

New Watch Faces

WatchOS 6 will include a new “Noise” app that will determine the noise in your environment and will let you know how much noise is good/bad for your ear’s health. This app will also be capable of measuring your headphone noise levels to let you know whether the audio range is safe to hear or not.

Our Apple Watch is capable of doing so many things but the primary objective for every watch or wearable is to tell time, obviously, right? WatchOS 6 will make your Apple Watch better timekeepers as it will include new time-based features. Expected Release Date

WatchOS 6’s public version is expected to somewhere roll out around September this year. Apple has also announced that they won’t be featuring any Beta version for this update, so seems like we just have to wait till fall to get hands-on with WatchOS 6.
