A fairy tale made Instagram shallow. A story of hoax and denials.
Several Instagrammers were claiming that the platform has limited reach of their posts to only 7% of their followers. Instagram today made it very clear by tweeting about the hoax and told users to keep the calm.
What Instagram Tweeted?
Well, Instagram used Twitter to deny the rumor, where it tweeted:

https://twitter.com/instagram/status/1087853298441306112?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw” rel=”nofollow
Instagram here clearly denies the rumors and also, makes it very clear about the issue and reason why it is happening. However, users still have something to say about the recent changes to Insta’s feed algorithm’.
How Users Reacted To It?
Most of the hatred given to Instagram is because of the new feed order. The app is now using Facebook’s algorithmic feed, with which users cannot see their posts in chronological order.
Many Instagram users are asking to revoke Facebook’s algorithmic feed and to go back to displaying posts in chronological order like before. Here are some of the reactions by the users on Instagram tweet:

But Does It Deserve All This Hate?
This is not the first time Instagram is dealing with this much criticism and agony. Instagram has already explained about its algorithmic feed and how it works. Yet again, to ensure users, Instagram explained its process of displaying posts and how the feed works.
With this much given, seems like Instagram is really certain about everything and is continuously working on making the process transparent for users.
