How to Share Your Screen on Zoom During a Call over PC
Tip: To share screen on Zoom with other members in the meeting, you have to be the one hosting the meeting. Meaning, you must be the one who starts the session, by sharing the link or meeting code with the others via any other medium of communication. So let’s just take on from the point where you’ve already created the meeting, and it has begun:
Step 1: On the screen, the host will see an option for Share Screen. Click on that option. You can alternatively use the Alt+S key combination.
Now you’ll be headed to the Basic menu of the screen share panel.
Step 2: Now, you must choose which screen or tab you wish to share with the colleagues/friends over the Zoom meeting.
Step 3: Once you’ve selected the screen to share over Zoom meeting, click on the Share button.

Allow Participants to Share Their Screen
As a host to a Zoom meeting, no one else other than you can share their screen. But you can allow others to share their screen on Zoom if you want to.
Step 1: During the Zoom meeting, you’ll see an expand button. Click on it.
Step 2: There, you’ll see an option saying – Advanced Sharing Options. A new window will appear on screen where you’ll be able to decide multiple options to share screen.
Step 3: Under the option Who can Share? – Select All Participants.
